Job Description
- Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of large-scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, testing, etc.)
- 1-12 years of SAP HCM experience and or SuccessFactors certification experience
- Experience of HR processes in a technical capacity PA/OM, Payroll,
- Should have worked on at least one implementation project
- Should have experience of working in large/disparate teams
- Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.
