Employee Development Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) 

Company:

Boeing Commercial Airplane’s Hourly Workforce Planning & Development organization is seeking Employee Development Specialists to join the Foundational Training Center (FTC) team in Everett, WA, on 1st OR 2nd shift. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives

  • Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives

  • Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance

  • Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems, etc.
