QUALIFICATIONS

• Education and experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or
  • Proven experience in employee engagement roles, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Basic technical skills: able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and employee engagement software platforms
• Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
