The Employee Experience Coordinator is a key cultural ambassador and operational driver for Zazou Salon & Academy, ensuring every touchpoint of the employee journey is positive, inspiring, and aligned with our brand values. This role supports employee engagement, recognition, training logistics, communications, and onboarding—while also assisting with talent recruitment to help us grow an amazing team that reflects our culture and vision. - Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Plan team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, wellness events, and appreciation days.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins, surveys, and feedback loops to assess morale and opportunities for improvement.
