As an Employee Experience (EE) Coordinator, you will learn all facets of Human Resources while providing excellent internal service. You will assist with recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, file maintenance, and special projects that interest you. You will make a positive, lasting impact on both NuMark Credit Union's employees and members (customers) alike.
What You'll Do:
- In collaboration with the Recruiting & Payroll Specialist, screens applicants/resumes by providing feedback and/or proper disposition within the applicant tracking system and for resume harvesting.
