Job Summary
As the HP-on-HP Employee Experience Lead, you will own the end to end strategy and execution for employee facing technology listening programs. You will combine strategic planning with hands on delivery to experiment with workplace solutions with real users, translate signals into product and IT improvements, and craft clear narratives that drive strategic decision making and insight interpretation. The role spans program ownership, research operations, readiness/governance, analytics, and change enablement—partnering across multiple GBUs and IT/Operations to ensure HP scales experiences that actually work for people.
