Job Description

The Induction Analyst will manage the end‑to‑end orientation/ induction experience for new hires. The role focuses on coordinating induction sessions, preparing content/materials, tracking completion, and ensuring new employees have a smooth and welcoming start. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Induction Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver weekly/bi‑weekly induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Prepare induction decks, agendas, and welcome kits.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs, facilities, IT, and hiring teams to ensure smooth Day‑1 experience.
  • Handle session logistics (invites, attendance tracking, follow‑ups).
