The Employee Relations Services team is a Center of Excellence within the National Human Resources team. The team's mandate is to provide subject matter expertise to the business to ensure a fair and consistent approach to employment legislation requirements, KPMG's policies and procedures whilst managing risks to the Firm. This mandate is met by:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Business Advisory Services, the Employee Relations Advisor (M-1/Manager level) acts as trusted advisor to people managers and HR Consultants / HR Business Partners by recommending business options based on comprehensive risk assessments of relevant background information and providing pragmatic solutions to complex sensitive employee matters.
