Employee Relations Business Partner

The Employee Relations Business Partner contributes to the development, implementation and management of labour relations strategy. This position collaborates with colleagues in Human Resources and management to provide a wide range of labour, employment and HR related advice and assistance, including management of grievance files and collective agreement interpretation. This position will serve as a resource for advice on collective bargaining, investigations, discipline, performance management and other labour and employment matters. This role will build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with management and union representatives and will serve as a consultative specialist in the area of labour and employment.
