Join our team as Regional Employee Experience & Labor Relations Manager!
We’re looking for a strategic leader to design and implement integrated labor relations and employee experience strategies that ensure legal compliance, organizational harmony, and a culture focused on well-being, inclusion, and engagement.
What will you do?
Develop regional Employee Experience strategies, mapping moments that matter and enhancing the employee lifecycle.
Monitor workplace climate and anticipate risks through advanced labor data analysis and predictive models.
Resolve labor conflicts and advise leaders and teams to maintain psychologically safe environments.
Design leadership and labor relations training programs to strengthen capabilities and prevent conflicts.
Implement dynamic dashboards and predictive reports to activate proactive plans.
What we’re looking for:
Deep knowledge of labor legislation across LATAM
Experience in conflict resolution and investigation processes
Proficiency in statistical analysis and Design Thinking tools
Ability to lead regional strategies and generate actionable insights
Key indicators: eNPS, employee satisfaction, reduction of labor incidents, predictive model accuracy.
