We’re looking for a strategic leader to design and implement integrated labor relations and employee experience strategies that ensure legal compliance, organizational harmony, and a culture focused on well-being, inclusion, and engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop regional Employee Experience strategies, mapping moments that matter and enhancing the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor workplace climate and anticipate risks through advanced labor data analysis and predictive models.
- Resolve labor conflicts and advise leaders and teams to maintain psychologically safe environments.
