Join our team as Regional Employee Experience & Labor Relations Manager
We’re looking for a strategic leader to design and implement integrated labor relations and employee experience strategies that ensure legal compliance, organizational harmony, and a culture focused on well-being, inclusion, and engagement.
What will you do?
- Develop regional Employee Experience strategies, mapping moments that matter and enhancing the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor workplace climate and anticipate risks through advanced labor data analysis and predictive models.
- Resolve labor conflicts and advise leaders and teams to maintain psychologically safe environments.
- Design leadership and labor relations training programs to strengthen capabilities and prevent conflicts.
- Implement dynamic dashboards and predictive reports to activate proactive plans.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep knowledge of labor legislation across LATAM
- Experience in conflict resolution and investigation processes
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and Design Thinking tools
- Ability to lead regional strategies and generate actionable insights
Key indicators: eNPS, employee satisfaction, reduction of labor incidents, predictive model accuracy.
