Job Description

We are working with a fast-growing, well-known hospitality group with a strong presence across London, who are looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support their dynamic, multi-site operation.

This is a key role within the people function, responsible for leading on all employee relations matters across a diverse workforce. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to provide pragmatic, commercial ER advice while helping to build positive employee relationships and consistent people practices.

The Role


  • Act as the subject matter expert for all employee relations issues across multiple sites


  • Manage complex ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence, and investigations


  • Coach and advise managers on best practice, employment law, and policy application


  • Ensure consistency and fairness in ER decision-making across the business
