EU Business School is seeking a seasoned Labor Relations professional to join our HR team.
Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters: disciplinary processes, grievances, restructurings and absenteeism management.
- Manage relations with Works Councils and trade unions by organising meetings, taking minutes and negotiating agreements.
- Provide operational and legal advice on Spanish labour law and internal policies to managers and HR teams. Draft letters, agreements, settlement proposals and written warnings accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external legal counsel as required in ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
