Responsibilities 



  • Manage and maintain employee digital files, including correct codification and uploading of documents in Spanish.

  • Prepare standard reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with deadlines (e.g., weekly reports on leave, sick leave, temporary staff, and workforce evolution).

  • Update and maintain master files for headcount comparison and compliance reporting.

  • Generate and submit monthly reports (e.g., overtime, ERTE) to unions and Social Relations Technician.

  • Coordinate annual performance evaluation processes for temporary workers, ensuring timely completion and generating summary reports.

  • Monitor and manage time management variables: compliance with working hours, creation of annual and holiday calendars, calculation of days off for new hires and leavers.
