We are a startup marketing agency looking for an HR Executive with prior agency experience to handle end-to-end HR operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with no strategic HR involvement. The role is purely operational, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
