Our client, a respected law firm recognized for delivering strategic, practical, and client-focused employment law solutions, is seeking an Employment Associate to join their team. This role is based in a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office .

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation on employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, workplace investigations, and employment contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance packages, policies, and other employment-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other materials for client matters and litigation.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as required.
