SYC delivers employment services at over 50 locations throughout Australia. We are currently looking for an Employment Coach to join our team in our Footscray site.  

Key Resposibilities: 

• Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.
• Conducting career assessments and helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
• Using sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
