Emulation Engineer

ADVANS Portugal is looking to expand our Emulation team, working in the semiconductor industry in our new Lisbon offices.

Context:

• The team is involved with creating and running complex use cases and scenarios for systems and sub-systems that are the core of today's CPU, AI, graphics, Cloud, server, communications technologies.
• The team is composed of both hardware and software (embedded, firmware) engineers.
• We base all our work on state of the art EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys and Siemens EDA (formaly Mentor Graphics): Palladium, ZeBu, Veloce.
  

For engineers with hardware background; what we expect you will bring?

• Academic and/or industry experience in the field of hardware engineering in design and/or verification with knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog and digital logic design principles, e.g. with FPGA technology.
