About the Role

Chorus is seeking a proven and values-led Enabling Leader with demonstrated leadership experience across a diverse range of care models, including aged care, mental health and disability. This role is critical to ensuring our systems, processes and culture enable exceptional, person-centred care across our unique local operating model.
