Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and can work with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Encode data accurately and efficiently into company databases

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of records and information

• Organize and file both digital and hard copy documents

• Assist in administrative tasks as assigned

• Meet daily/weekly encoding quotas

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or Vocational/College level

• With or without experience

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or similar tools)
