Required skill :

Mortgage Operations: Loan Origination, Processing, Pre-Underwriting, Post-Closing

Leadership: Team Management (up to 86 FTEs), Training, Hiring, Attrition Control

Operational Excellence: SLA Compliance, Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis, KRA KPI, internal governance for any internal/regulatory audits, Capacity Planning & Forecasting.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Client Management, Escalation Handling, WBR/MBR/QBR Reporting, SOP Development, Maintaining Revenue report.

Tools: MS Office, Tally ERP 9, Info Age, AWS, Encompass, Blue Sage and Calyx.

Loan Origination Software System , Mortgage loan ,Under writing ,

In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry including the life cycle of a loan.

• Administration of an enterprise LOS such as Encompass 360 or equivalent.

• Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
