Your Role
The E2E Enterprise Architect will architect scalable, secure, and future‑proof solutions for broadband and Wi‑Fi services , with a strong focus on device management, CPE, cloud‑native integrations, and back‑office microservices . The role includes publishing target architectures, assessments, and HLAs, collaborating across platforms and teams, and acting as an SME in Agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, and future‑proof solutions for B2B and B2C Wi‑Fi connectivity , CPE firmware requirements , integrating mobile apps , customer‑facing platforms , BackOffice microservice strategy , API definitions , Cloud strategy , and B2B specific requirements .
- Define and drive the end‑to‑end architecture strategy and roadmap for broadband and Wi‑Fi services across HFC, DOCSIS, FTTx, XGS‑PON networks.
- Publish Target Architecture , Architecture Assessment , Initial Impact Assessments , and High‑Level Architecture documentation; socialize these with executives, stakeholders, and component architects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate CPEs (RDK‑B) , CMTS , middleware , CRM , customer care systems , and cloud‑native platforms (AWS/multi‑cloud) .
- Act as SME for Big Room Guidance , control Kanban boards, monitor Jira stories within Agile ways of working; ensure architectural alignment with business goals , regulatory requirements , and operational efficiency .
- Engage with Industry Bodies to contribute, attend workstreams, and track trends and standards.
- Provide technical leadership in solution design , vendor evaluation , PoCs , and architecture governance , PoCs , RFx , Pre‑sales , vendor selection .
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in device management in a carrier environment , with extensive knowledge of ACS applications and servers supporting TR‑69/CWMP and TR‑369/USP protocols and best practices.
- Prior end‑to‑end & enterprise‑level architecture experience, designing and implementing service delivery platforms based on API contracts is mandatory .
- Good knowledge of REST/JSON , SOAP/XML , and key web front‑end and back‑end frameworks .
- Strong IT, SOM/COM, policy management, Systems, CPE, Smart Home/IoT, and Network Architecture background, with experience in Telco backend systems and associated protocols; ability to define Microservices and API contracts between BackOffice cloud‑based systems .
- Understanding of technologies and platforms for a large cable and telecommunications operator , with background knowledge and experience of HFC / DOCSIS , XGS‑PON , and mobile‑based networks .
- In‑depth experience with Cloud technologies and defining architecture within AWS and/or GCP environments, covering resilience , running costs , monitoring , and security .
- Experience and detailed understanding of interfaces and protocols used in the collection, application, and notification of control & policy across multiple access methodologies to support modern converged services .
- Real‑life experience of developing and maintaining App, Web, and DevOps tools .
