Supply Chain Operations Leader Job Description

The Supply Chain Operations Leader oversees the entire supply chain and warehousing process through a 3rd party logistics provider ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective execution from receipt to final delivery.

This role is responsible for owning 3PL governance KPI/SLA performance inventory accuracy transportation efficiency continuous improvement to meet business customer service goals. The position partners cross-functionally to balance demand capacity while proactively managing risks expense control network optimization.

1. Manage end-to-end logistics operations ensuring timely receipt and delivery of products;
2. Oversee warehouse operations for efficient storage handling packing shipping;
3. Develop implement strategic plans for continuous improvement in operational processes reducing costs improving efficiency;
