Description GSPANN is hiring an End-User Engineer to support and manage enterprise end-user computing environments. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access administration, and Windows 10/11 support to ensure seamless user productivity.Resolve login, synchronization, and access issues related to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. Investigate and handle phishing emails, manage Microsoft 365 (M365) account lock and unlock requests, assign licenses, and resolve admin portal issues. Manage SharePoint access, create and update Security Groups / Distribution Lists (SGs / DLs), and process user and group changes. Provision and manage users in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID), including access troubleshooting, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup, and conditional access updates. Monitor and resolve Azure AD Connect synchronization issues and security group membership discrepancies. Deploy applications, updates, and policies using System Center Configuration Manager / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM) and Microsoft Intune, ensuring endpoint compliance. Perform Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging, patching, upgrades, and operating system or application troubleshooting. Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) access, remote applications, USB exceptions, and administrative access requests. Manage store user accounts, profiles, mailboxes, home drive (H-drive) updates, and store access-related activities. Install desktop software and troubleshoot basic network, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Monitor Microsoft service health dashboards and alerts, and communicate service impacts or updates to end users. 5-8 years of experience in End User Engineering and End User Computing (EUC), with strong exposure to M365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure AD / Entra ID. Demonstrate hands-on experience supporting and managing Intune, SCCM/MECM, Group Policies, VDI environments, and endpoint management tools. Apply strong expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, endpoint lifecycle management, Windows imaging, Windows Autopilot, Hybrid Azure AD Join, Conditional Access, and MFA. Troubleshoot M365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online, effectively. Use PowerShell scripting to automate user provisioning, reporting, and device management tasks. Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations with strong diagnostic and root cause analysis (RCA) skills. Manage user provisioning workflows, security group updates, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Conditional Access policies, and MFA configurations. Deploy and manage applications, patches, and compliance policies using Intune and SCCM. Configure and troubleshoot certificates, VPN profiles, and Wi-Fi configurations, along with basic network connectivity issues. Support Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations and perform post-upgrade issue resolution. Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and workflow compliance using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Ivanti. Coordinate effectively with end users and internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical thinking, and customer service skills.
