You will be responsible for providing L1+ support, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting issues related to various technologies, including Microsoft Windows environments and conferencing tools. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience and good knowledge of ITIL processes. This is a full-time position within the Information Technology sector.
