Your new role

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, starting in April. You will work a 40‑hour week, with weekend working likely to be required every other weekend (time off scheduled mid‑week accordingly).

Key responsibilities include:
  • Accurate data input and device allocation tracking
  • Supporting unit pre‑delivery activity (late April/May) and camera unit delivery from June onwards.
  • Configuring hardware, charging peripherals, and BWV camera units
  • Managing firmware updates and troubleshooting software issues
  • Connecting docks to secure networks (Ethernet, VLAN configuration)
  • Coordinating with stakeholders including security, facilities, and IT teams
  • Creating documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Delivering user training and handling support incidents
  • Ensuringpliance with legal frameworks and maintaining audit trails
