Your key responsibilities:
Resolves basic technical troubleshooting issues to ensure end user productivity.
Maintains an accurate data inventory regarding end-user issues within the tracking system and according to policies and standards.
Elevates more complex issues to the appropriate next level support.
Learns and complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Provide daily technical support to employees, assisting with a variety of hardware and software-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Evaluate existing hardware and software systems, offering recommendations for necessary upgrades or improvements to enhance IT infrastructure performance and efficiency.
Assist in testing and implementing new hardware and software solutions, ensuring compatibility and functionality within the organization's IT ecosystem.
Provide guidance to employees on software usage and hardware functionality, improving overall productivity and technical knowledge within the organization.
Role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in direct technical troubleshooting and end-user support.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of ticketing and tracking systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with basic network connectivity, security protocols, and endpoint monitoring.
