- Responsibility:
- Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals running Windows and mac OS.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Handle limited Linux-based systems support as required.
- Assist with OS installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
