  • End User Support - L1
  • Responsibility:
  • Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals running Windows and macOS.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
  • Handle limited Linux-based systems support as required.
  • Assist with OS installations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
