  • End User Support - L2
  • Responsibility:
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues related to Windows and macOS systems.
  • Provide limited support for Linux-based systems as required.
  • Handle software installations, updates, and patch management.
  • Maintain endpoint security and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with L1 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
