Responsibilities:
Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients. Requirements: Remote desktop support (, Bomgar, Dameware)Ticketing systems (especially ServiceNow)Hardware & software troubleshooting, Windows OS knowledge, Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords, machine accounts)SCCM familiarity (software deployment, imaging)Intune / device management knowledge, Network fundamentals (basic connectivity, printers) Why Should You Apply?
