The role focuses on supporting, maintaining and delivering all aspects of the End User Computing environment. This includes platform stability, security, OS deployments and upgrades, patch management, software packaging and deployments.

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices in a financial services environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows platforms.
