We are looking to employ a physician who can become the leader of the Division. Rate of transition to the leadership position will depend on the experience of the successful candidate. Mentored transition over several years is an option.

We currently have in the Division 2 endocrinologists, 1 NP and 2 PAs. We are looking to add another PA/NP soon. Diabetic patients are seen with 4 co-located Diabetes Educators.

The catchment area of the practice is large and we see patients with all usual and some unusual endocrine problems. Standard endocrinology testing is available, including Insulin Tolerance Testing.

Diabetes care focuses on population health. This part of the program is led by one of the NPs. Our vision is to have a unified approach to diabetes care across the primary care – endocrinology – hospitalist – diabetes education continuum. Some of the components of the program are:
