Role Overview: Your Day-to-Day

As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Internal Tools and Automations to join our growing team. This critical new role will be driving the operational efficiency of Sector Alarm by shaping the next generation of internal tools that power our sales, customer support, and operations teams across Europe and by rethinking and automating operational processes with direct impact on business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, designers and business stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver tools and automations that support seamless end-to-end journeys for both internal users (sellers, engineers, customer support agents) and end customers. The candidate will report to the Head of Product for Sales and Services.
