Role: Endpoint Security Analyst

Location: PAN India (preferred location is Gurugram)

Experience: 3 Years to 6 Years

Role:

Seeking for someone who can actively contribute to endpoint security operations, and support Netskope deployment & configuration. Candidate should be able to support EDR/XDR troubleshooting, monitoring, and preparing reports with collaborating with IT Ops, SOC, and Compliance teams.

Required Skills:

• Administer and configure Netskope and EDR/XDR platforms
• Monitor agent health and ensure timely updates to content and agent versions.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to agent performance, policy enforcement, and threat detection.
