The Role (Endpoint System Engineer)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Endpoint System Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a critical role that sits on the front line of our customer experience , acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: You will engage with clients daily via calls, emails, and chat to understand their IT infrastructure, security requirements, and device management challenges, and recommend optimal Hexnode configurations and workflows.
• Technical Expertise: You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our UEM product. This requires a strong understanding of concepts like Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), and Patch Management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, WorkspaceONE, Kaseya).
• Collaboration: You will work closely with our Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable market feedback to drive product development.
• Product Evangelist: You will stay up-to-date with our latest features, the competitive landscape, and cybersecurity trends, serving as an evangelist for UEM products.

Role Details:

• Experience: 3+ years of work experience in MDM/UEM.
• Location: Bangalore, India
• Mode of Work: Office (5 Days a week)
• Shift Time: IND Time Zone Rotation Shift (5 AM - 9 PM)
