The role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sr Endpoint System Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the front line of our customer experience, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients get the most out of Hexnode's cutting-edge Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution. You'll be more than just a technical support agent – you'll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver, and a champion for our customers.

Responsibilities
● Engage with clients to understand their current device management challenges, IT infrastructure, security requirements, and long-term goals.
● Handle incoming technical queries via calls, emails, and chat from customers experiencing technical issues.
● Recommend specific configurations, integrations, or workflows that best align with client needs. ● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Answer technical questions confidently and provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
● Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution.
● Stay updated on the latest UEM product features and provide training to clients and internal teams as needed.
● Document and track support cases to maintain a comprehensive and accurate knowledge base.
● Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of the status and progress of their technical requests.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactively share customer feedback with the product development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education & Experience: BE, B-Tech, or MCA with 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE (Air Watch), or Jamf.
• Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management platforms like Kaseya, Connect Wise, or Ninja RMM.
• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols for remote monitoring, and endpoint patching.
• Foundational IT: Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and general IT infrastructure.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and a "can-do" spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: A true team player with the willingness to work independently or collaboratively to support colleagues and customer goals.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as Comp TIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or similar entry-to-mid level cybersecurity credentials. • Advanced Networking: Deeper experience in network security protocols and enterprise endpoint management.
