Endpoint Systems Team Lead

Job Summary: Managing the endpoint team, the Endpoint Team Lead will be responsible for managing and improving the end-user computing environment across the organization. This role will provide leadership in endpoint management, technical escalations, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. The Endpoint Team Lead will play a key role in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of secure and efficient endpoint systems for the organization, driving best practices in device management, security, and continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned endpoint engineer with strong leadership qualities and the ability to drive performance and development within the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Endpoint team, providing direction, technical guidance, and career development support. 

Testing and validating updates for both Windows and MAC before the release to the business.
