Energy and Sustainability Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

This role reports to the Technical, Utilities & Sustainability Lead and will assist with promoting sustainability and energy initiatives. This includes the identification and overseeing of short and long-term projects and strategies that increase the sites energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and minimize unnecessary energy consumption. One key objective is to ensure the highest level of availability of systems, ensure compliance with Zoetis and regulatory standards in the most energy efficient manner.

The site Energy and Sustainability Engineer will create a baseline site energy profile that identifies departments, areas, or systems where energy is wasted, or energy efficiency is not at its optimum as per design.
