Energy & Infrastructure Associate Attorney

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to support its expanding Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure practice. This role can sit in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver/Boulder, New York, San Francisco, St. Louis, or Washington, ., with a hybrid schedule. Ideal candidates bring experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or complex transactional matters.

Role Overview
You’ll join a nationally recognized team advising clients across the renewable energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. This position offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated commercial and transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures, project development, and large-scale energy deals.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support transactions involving energy, natural resources, and infrastructure projects.
