Responsibilities
-Lead and develop the Energy Operations team, ensuring compliance with company safety programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
-Direct all aspects of plant operations including hot water, steam, power generation, and cooling systems to deliver contracted customer services
-Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans including preventative maintenance programs and disaster response strategies
-Act as the primary escalation point for customer contact, demonstrating exceptional service and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including TSSA, ESA, IESO, MOL, and MOE standards
