Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Delivers remote support for clients and/or enterprise application users.
- Monitors user requests and systems issues, responding to and diagnosing service outages and operational problems.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend resolution strategies.
- Provides software related updates, maintenance and support for network, system and device users.
- Performs software testing and deployment.
- Executes software maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
- Provides anti-virus management and support.
- Performs all work to meet agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
- May be required to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
