Detailed Description

This designated role is responsible for leading the team on the ground from a technicality perspective. This candidate will be leading the efforts for the team on how things should be installed, what expectations need to be met, and to manage consistency across the deployment. They will act as the engineer's right-hand and be the go-to for troubleshooting/basic configuration. This individual will ultimately be responsible for project documentation (pre/post), quality control of assets being installed, and coordinate the efforts on the ground. This individual will help ensure delivery of service to our customers is the main priority from a pre and post implementation standpoint. This candidate will work with the ENG I/II technicians and provide feedback to Supervisor I-III / Area Supervisors on how these individuals are performing.
