Engagement Consultant

As an Engagement Consultant at Workwell Global, you will play a vital role in supporting contractors beyond initial registration, delivering exceptional service throughout their journey, ensuring compliance, clear communication, and a seamless experience. Reporting to the Compliance Operations Manager (EU), you will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining CRM records, and liaising with accountants and other stakeholders to support contractor onboarding, project readiness, and ongoing engagement.

• Managing compliance documentation to complete worker profiles and ensure readiness before project start.
• Registering and de-registering contractors, including communication with accountants and internal teams.
• Following up with accountants to ensure timely responses and approvals.
