Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator provides crucial support across investor and company outreach and engagement, to expand the universe of companies that respond to the Responsible Business team's company surveys and building relationships with new and existing investor signatories in organizations around the world. They also provide logistical and ad hoc support to other members of the Responsible Business team when necessary.
About the Role:
- Maintains our contact database and carries out general administrative and support tasks
- Manages external relationships with several target companies for our surveys, via phone calls and emails, especially during the disclosure period (July-November)
- Carries out company feedback calls and background research
- Carries out research to construct and update the company guidance and support documents
