Overview

As a Client Engagement Manager at TechBlocks, you will serve as the primary onsite face of TechBlocks for a strategic client program, responsible for building trusted client relationships, ensuring seamless program execution, and aligning delivery teams with business objectives.

This role is highly client-facing and onsite at the Vaughan location (3 days per week) and serves as the bridge between client leadership and TechBlocks’ delivery, product, PMO, and shared services teams. You will own engagement health, program governance, executive communication, and operational oversight across the program.
