We’re looking for a client-facing Engagement Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of three parallel agile squads , driving day-to-day delivery for a high-profile programme in the Warrington area .

What you’ll be doing

• Leading multiple agile squads as a hands-on Scrum Master
• Acting as the primary client interface , owning delivery, cadence and outcomes
• Driving Power BI delivery into live production environments
• Leading mixed, cross-functional agile teams (onshore/offshore)
