Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing strategies focusing on improving the employee experience through communication and engagement. Tasked with creating programs that encourage employee engagement or increasing overall engagement happiness of employees within the company.

  • Lead all company initiated employee engagements such as team building, year end party, monthly engagement activities and other company initiated activities) from planning, conceptualization, budgeting, preparation and event execution.
  • Conduct tracking analytics and employee participation in employee programs.
  • Support company surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale and distribute them to employees through applicable channels.
