About the Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in São Paulo. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Dingli's aerial work platforms. The Service Engineer will also need to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products
Resolve any warranty issues as required and communicate any problems limiting a repair completion
Provide technical product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment
Support Dingli customer base by traveling to sites around the Brasil region for Dingli equipment sales and repairs when required
Continue to advance skills, licensing and qualifications where necessary to complete the roles and responsibilities of your employed position with Dingli
